  1. General 

    1. Wildsoul Wellness operates a website at https://www.wildsoulwellness.com.au/ and the Wildsoul Wellness app (collectively, the Sites). The Sites terms and conditions (which can be accessed in full by clicking on each of the headings below, collectively, the Terms) and any applicable laws or regulations, govern your use of, and access to, the Sites. This includes, but is not limited to, the products and services provided therein. 

    2. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Sites. We encourage you to consult our Help section or contact our customer care team, if you have any particular questions in relation to these Terms or the Sites.     3. If you access and use any part of the Sites on someone else's behalf, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and accept these Terms, on their behalf.

    4. Wildsoul Wellness outlines you must be 18 years or older to purchase from our Site, or have parental guidance and/or permission to do so. 

  2. Modification

    1. Wildsoul Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms or content of the Site, in accordance with notice periods outlined by legislation. 

    2. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to, or removal from, the Sites. Your continued purchase of products thereafter constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms. 

    3. Please read and carefully consider these Terms before placing an order online. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.

    4. The terms that will apply to any orders placed through our Sites are the Purchase Terms and Conditions that apply at the time you place the order.

  3. Pricing 

    1. The prices of our Wildsoul products are inclusive of GST and other taxes of a similar nature. Prices do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees.

  4.  Force Majeure 

    1. Neither party will be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of its reasonable control. This includes;

      1. Governmental actions,

      2. Government imposed shutdown or closure, 

      3. A change in applicable law, 

      4. Riots, 

      5. Vandalism, 

      6. Strikes, 

      7. Lockouts or other labour difficulty, 

      8. War or national emergency, 

      9. Pandemic, 

      10. Epidemic, 

      11. Quarantine or other widespread or serious threat to human health (including an outbreak or recurrence), 

      12. Acts of terrorism, 

      13. Fire, 

      14. Explosion, 

      15. Flood or other natural disaster, 

      16. Inability to obtain any necessary materials, 

      17. Equipment, 

      18. Facilities or services, 

      19. Internet interruption or virus, 

      20. Accidents or breakdown of plant, 

      21. Machinery, software, hardware or communication network and failure or shortage of power supplies and other essential utility.

  5. Applicable Legislation

    1. Wildsoul acknowledges the standards and obligations set by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
