Returns Policy
All the fun stuff about returns, refunds and what your horoscope says about you this month.
- Change of Mind
- We ask that you ensure you double check your desired items before submitting your order. In line with Australian Consumer Law, Wildsoul Wellness does not provide refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind about an item. (Placing an order after your friday night vino isn't a legitimate reason for a refund).
- Faulty Items
- If you receive a product that is broken or faulty, you have the right to a refund, exchange or return. Wildsoul Wellness acknowledges that items with major and minor faults, addressed in line with the relevant consumer guarantees.
- We note that issues that are neither minor or major faults include:
- Fair wear and tear alone;
- Change of mind;
- A hidden defect specifically drawn to the consumer’s attention before the purchase;
- A defect that the consumer should have noticed on examination; or
- A defect due to abnormal use.
- Incorrectly Described Items
- If you receive a product that doesn’t match its description, you have the right to an exchange or return. (Minor differences like your instagram profile versus your tagged photos is not considered a discrepancy). Fill out this form and our friendly team will get in touch with you.
- In-store Items
- If you purchase an item in-house, this must be returned to the Studio it was purchased in!
